Ibanez CS Mini Chorus

With the Mini Series, Ibanez pays tribute to the popular 80s pedals. This was the time when the guitar brand caused a furore with a reek analog stompboxes that many top guitarists used and still makes. Think of Stevie Ray Vaughn and his TS808 tubescreamer overdrive, this effect was largely responsible for his signature sound. In addition, there were effects like the flanger and chorus that dominated this era. With a nod to the modern guitarist, Ibanez has made this series compact so that the pedals don't take space from your pedalboard. This gives you a mega sound from a very compact stompbox.

Anyone who grew up in the 1980s has undoubtedly heard the Ibanez CS505 chorus. This pedal produced the distinctive guitar sound that we hear again on songs like 'A Forest' by The Cure. Ibanez now releases the familiar chorus effect as the Mini Chorus, the same sound but in a compact case. The effect slightly bends your original guitar tone and slows it down, making it look like you're playing a game with multiple guitars. You get a full sound, not for nothing is the Dutch translation of chorus: choir. The pedal is completely analog and easy to operate with three buttons that allow you to set Speed, Depth, and Level. You supply the pedal with power with a 9 Volt adapter.
