If you have ordered a product from Music All In, you may return it to us without giving a reason. You can choose to exchange the product or get your money back. Return is free at Music All In. We pay the shipping costs!

Can I return my order?
- You have 30 days to return your order. Once you have ordered multiple items, you can also choose not to return the entire order, but portions.
- The item is, if reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
- You need to be careful with the item you want to return.
Items you can't return:
- Physical gift cards and cards.
- Sealed products which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
- Sealed audio, video recordings and computer software, whose seal is broken after delivery.
How do I return my item?
You can return your item to us for free.
- Go to our online return portal and sign up back.
- Choose whether you want your money back, a replacement product or store credit.
- Select a drop-off point near you.
- Make sure that the item is in the original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Pack the product firmly.
- Drop off the product at the drop-off point of your choice.

Hand over the package to a PostNL office. You don't have to pay anything. We pay for the return.
30 days not good money back
Is the article you received disappointing, or doesn't like it? You can return the product to us within 30 days without giving a reason. This can be sent to our answer number for free. After receiving the return, you will receive your money refunded within 3-5 working days.
Item is corrupted
Have you received an item that is damaged and you want to exchange it? Please contact our customer service. They ensure that you get a replacement product sent quickly.
