Send & deliver

How fast do you guys deliver?

All forraunent products ordered before 5:00 p.m. will be transferred to PostNL the same day. They'll make sure your order is in the house the next business day. Sometimes PostNL sometimes runs unintentionally. You can therefore follow your package via the Track & Trace System of PostNL. Once the package has left our warehouse, we will send you this code.

 

What is a track & trace number?

When an order that does not fit through the letterbox or has a high value, it will be sent with a trace code. With that you can follow shipping and possibly choose yourself a delivery moment on mypackage.postnl.nl.

You will receive this code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 

My order is finished, but I haven't received anything yet?

We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Is your order on 'Completed' more than two working days? Please contact ourcustomer service.

 

I have not received all the products from my order.

When some products from your order are not prepared, we will contact you if you wish to receive a sub-delivery. When our customer service has no contact with you about a sub-delivery and your shipment is incomplete, please contact our customer.customer service.

 

Why did I not receive an order confirmation?

After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Check your spam folder for sure. Have you not received anything or doubt whether your order has been properly received? Please contact thecustomer service.

 

Can I have an order delivered to a postal bus address?

Yeah, that's not a problem. We recommend that you use a large order, or an order of large or heavy goods, to use a regular address. Articles heavier than 12kg cannot be sent to a mailbox. When you have ordered a product, such as a drum kit or a digital piano, which are too large for PostNL, we contact you and make a tailor-made appointment for delivery. The article will then be delivered by our own delivery service.

 

I have received a package which I have not ordered myself. What am I supposed to do?

When you have received a package unknown to you, look at whether it is intended for one of your neighbours. If it's your own address, it's probably going to be a bad order. In order to avoid payment reminds, you can return the order free of charge to:

I bought something in your store, which is too big to transport yourself.

When you have purchased a large product, online or in the store, such as a piano or a drum set, we contact you to make a care appointment. Our own delivery service will come to you at a time when you come out. We do not deliver the product alone, but also put it in front of you and install it when necessary.

No need to wait at home for the postman? Pick up your order in our shop in Noordwijk. When ordering that you want to pick up the order in Noordwijk, Print your order confirmation out or show it on your smartphone.
