How fast do you deliver?
All products in stock that are ordered before 17:00 will be transferred to PostNL the same day. They ensure that your order is delivered the next working day. Sometimes PostNL is also unintentionally delayed. you can therefore track your package yourself via the Track & Trace system of PostNL. As soon as the package has left our warehouse, we will send you this code.
What is a track & trace number?
When an order that does not fit through the letterbox or has a high value, it will be sent with a tracking code. This allows you to track the shipment and choose a delivery time yourself mijnpackage.postnl.nl.
You will receive this code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
My order is completed, but I haven't received anything yet?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Has your order been "Completed" for more than two working days? Then contact ourcustomer service.
I have not received all products from my order.
If some products from your order are not in stock, we will contact you if you want to receive a partial delivery. If our customer service has not contacted you about a partial delivery and your shipment is incomplete, please contact ourcustomer service.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
After placing your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Check your spam folder to be sure. Have you not received anything or are you unsure whether your order has been received correctly? Please contact thecustomer service.
Can I have an order delivered to a PO box address?
Yes, that's no problem. We recommend that you use a regular address for a large order or for an order for large or heavy items. Items heavier than 12kg cannot be sent to a PO Box. When you have ordered a product, such as a drum set or a digital piano, that are too big for PostNL, we will contact you and make a tailor-made appointment for delivery. The article will then be delivered by our own delivery service.
I have received a package that I did not order myself. What should I do?
If you have received an unknown package to you, check whether it is intended for one of your neighbors. If it is your own address, it is probably an incorrect order. To avoid payment reminders, you can return the order free of charge to:

I bought something in your store that is too big to transport myself?
When you have bought a large product, online or in the store, such as a piano or a drum set, we will contact you to make a delivery appointment. Our own delivery service will visit you at a time that suits you. We not only deliver the product, but also assemble it for you and install it when necessary.
Pick up the order in the store
Don't feel like waiting at home for the postman? Pick up your order in our store in Noordwijk. When ordering, indicate that you want to pick up the order in Noordwijk, Print your order confirmation or show it on your smartphone.
