Refund policy

When returning

As soon as we have properly received and processed your return shipment, we will send you an email for confirmation. In most cases this takes between 3-5 working days. As soon as your return has been processed, we will refund you immediately.

  • iDeal: 3 working days.
  • Paypal / credit card: 3 working days.
  • Prepayment: 5 working days.
  • Afterpay: If you have already paid the invoice, we will refund you within 5 working days. If you haven't paid yet, you don't have to do anything.
  • On account: If you have already paid the invoice, we will refund you within 5 working days. If you haven't paid yet, you don't have to do anything.
  • Pin & cash: 5 working days.

When canceling

We will refund you as soon as we have processed your cancellation. We will then send a confirmation email. After that you don't have to pay anymore. If you have already paid, we will refund you.

If paid incorrectly

  • Was paid too much? Please contact our financial administration immediately, so that it can be resolved immediately.
