The JTB1150FRQ trombone has a large bore. Thanks to the large bore and the cup of gold knifeing, this instrument is perfect for both ensemble play and soloists. The gold knife cup provides extra warmth in the sound. The trombone appeals nicely and the mood is excellent. The quarter valve provides extra ease of play and gives access to the lower notes. This type has a closed wrap and that gives a little more playing resistance when using the valve compared to an open wrap.
