Making music can be an expensive hobby. Some instruments have a higher entry price than others. You don't just buy an expensive instrument with the thought that you or your child will choose another hobby within a short time.
In order to make music accessible to as many people as possible, we offer not only buying an instrument, but also the possibility to rent various instruments under certain conditions.
You can rent the instrument for as long as you want. The instrument remains the property of Music All In and does not become yours. Pay attention! This is not an installment system.
We have a selection of instruments available for rental. Within this selection there are sometimes options for make or type, but this does not apply to all instruments. Unfortunately, it is not possible to determine yourself which brand and type you want.
All instruments in our rental are selected by our specialists and in consultation with the major music schools and teachers, so that you can be sure that the instrument meets all quality requirements.
We have rental instruments available for the following product groups:
The costs differ per instrument. An instrument with a higher value costs more to rent than an instrument with a lower value. The rental price per month costs on average about 3% of the value of the instrument. The minimum rent per month is € 12.
Visit our shop to get an exact rental price for the instrument you want to rent.
In addition to the rental price per month, we use a deposit for the instrument that you rent. This deposit is at least € 50 or 10% of the new value of the instrument. When the rental contract is terminated and the instrument is in normal condition, we will refund this deposit to you. Damages or shortages are reasonably deducted from the deposit.
If you own a rental instrument and want to take over the instrument from us, you can! The purchase price is the new price of the instrument. We deduct up to 6 months rent from the new price.
Pay attention! If you plan to continue with the instrument, calculate for yourself how long it will be financially beneficial to rent.
We will make a rental contract together when you collect your instrument. Before you can take the instrument with you, you must first pay the deposit and the first month's rent. This can be done in our shop by pin, credit card or cash.
In addition to the rental contract, you sign a direct debit authorization. By means of this direct debit we debit the rent amount owed from your account every month.
Maintenance and repair may only be carried out at Music All In. it is not allowed to place rental instruments with third parties for repairs or maintenance. The services are done by us free of charge. Costs for a tuning turn are charged for acoustic pianos. Damages caused by the tenant or other parties other than Music All In are at the expense of the tenant.
To rent an instrument from us you don't have to be a known customer with us. We ask for data and a copy of proof of identity for all new customers.
Renting via the website is unfortunately not possible. This is only possible in our shop. Would you like to rent an instrument or more information? Then come and visit our store. This is of course possible without an appointment.
This is not a payment system. The instrument remains the property of Music All In and does not become yours. However, you always have the option to buy the rental instrument.
You pay about 3% of the new value of the instrument per month for a rental instrument.
Imagine you rent a saxophone with a new value of € 599.00!
€ 599.00 x 0.03 = € 18.00 per month.
This means that you can play the saxophone for just 60 cents a day!
You pay 10% of the new value of the instrument in deposit upon delivery of the instrument.
Suppose you rent a cello for € 695.00!
€ 695.00 x 0.10 = € 69.50 to be paid as a deposit
When the rental contract is terminated and the instrument is in normal condition, we will refund this deposit to you. Damages or shortages are reasonably deducted from the deposit.
You pay the deposit in our shop when you pick up the instrument. This can be done by pin, credit card or cash. The monthly rent is debited from your account by direct debit.
