For a lot of people, Korg will not immediately stand out as the best known brand. Nevertheless, we can certainly say that Korg is a brand that has been operating at the top of various musical disciplines for years. One of those categories is the synthesizers category. A somewhat lesser known branch of sport, but certainly not to be underestimated in the musical world. For the synthesizer people, the analog synths are certainly still a great pleasure to work with. Maybe you know them, the small pianos with an upright surface with all kinds of holes in it where you can run cables through. The MS-20 is one of them. A device that was first released in 1978 and has warmed the hearts of every synthesizer enthusiast ever since.
Korg has made its name with the drum machines and synthesizers. However, the Korg range doesn't stop there. In fact. This is just the beginning, literally and figuratively. After these cases, Korg has gone much further. Partly in the instruments. But also in the smaller cases. Consider tuners, metronomes and digital effects. Many of these devices and accessories come from the Korg stable.
All instruments and accessories from the British company Vox also come from Korg. This is because Korg bought the company in 1992.
