The early period of Harmony
Harmony is perhaps for many a brand that is less well known. That does not make this mark any less good, however! Harmony is a brand that has been much longer in the world of electric guitarists. Indeed, until the mid-1970s, there was no company that produced so much for sales as harmony. It used to be a somewhat larger range of products than today. They used to have banjo's, ukeleles, and violins.
Gold foil elements
The real harmony sound is mainly due to the revamped variant of the classic gold foil elements. Apart from that they give a very good vintage sound, they look fantastic again. Because of the techniques they use to make these elements they give some less output that average. In addition, the so-called "humbucker" elements are. However, in character they sound a bit more like "single coil" elements.
