Ibanez has a wide range of hollowbody's in its Artcore series. This AF75 is specially designed as an entry-level model for the novice guitar that likes to play on a hollowbody. It is a guitar of right quality for a reasonable price. The starting point for Ibanez is to produce a guitar where the quality is not inferior to the average hollowbody, but it is of a price range that any guitarist with an interest in hollowbody's can purchase. **About the guitar:** If you have this guitar in your hands you certainly wouldn't think it's within this price range. It is a real gem and feels like pure solidity. The mahogany neck has a tight feel and allows you to quickly maneuver from the first to the 20th fret. The ferret board is made of rosewood and has medium frets. The Shure Grip buttons give you that little extra grip to quickly adjust your tone and/or volume in the heat of the moment. The body is made of maple and has a very good weight with a very good tone. If you combine this with the Elite Classic humbuckers, you will have a guitar that you will be happy to play on for some time to come!
