Robert Trujillo has been active in the music business since 1978. As a bass player from Suicidal Tendencies, Black Label Society, Infectious Grooves, Mass Mental?, Medication, and especially Metallica, he already has multiple plates on his name. For the different types of metal he plays, he also needs different types of bass guitars. The Goddess A4 is probably the most special. This semi-acoustic bass offers more sonic capability than ever before.
An acoustic bass, perfected for on stage
The Low Profile Lace Sensor electric pickup you can see right away. But the possibilities that you don't see make this bass guitar extra special. The Custom Godin electronics with individual saddle transducers in the bridge, together with the Custom preamplifier that is specially tuned, ensures an incredible acoustic bass. This sound can get you through a normal ¼ " exit, but also through the 13-pin exit for computer and synth access.. Arranging your tone is easily made with the Custom Goddess Preamp with Side mounted volume and tone control.
Perfect for live use
The shaker and swivel heads, spread across the front and side of the body, provide full control over the tone. You don't necessarily have to take care of Robert Trujillo. The two-room design in the body is resistant to feedback and the negative effects that loud performing levels can have on top vibrations and feedback. This makes the A4 ultra very suitable for stage use.
