In 1924 Dimitri returns to his native Bulgaria. Here he and his two brothers founded the instrument factory Kremona. His brothers, like him, became master builders. Kremona's instruments gained a lot of prominence in the years that followed. Even today they work the same as in the early years. Production is largely handicraft.
